I never had much luck tying any of these even though i had a personal lesson. He told me that you had to do it right the 1st time as too much brushing only made it more difficult.
Any way he was the master.

hehehehehehe.....so you got that bag..... i have one of Poul's Golden Stacked Wing flies tyed and framed by him, hanging on the wall on top of a trio of two others.....under the G.S.W. is a Sol Duc tyed by Bob Veverka for Lee Wulff, framed by Poul, donated by Joan.....which i got in the live auction at the CFFC&M's dinner at Kings a few years back. And below those two is Poul's Sir Conrad. All three frames match. Just next to those are the 5 frames that make up the set by your boy Adriano, of which three feature you in the settings painted, and for which i think you tyed some of the flies that are also in the frames. Opposit that wall amoung many others pieces is that big frame we got from you that day at the center, that has your Jock Scott in it with the Salmon print above and all the stamps surrounding below...... Thankx for having that with you there that day.....i LOVE that "piece."

Ted - that looks like a bunch of colored feathers, you should just send them out to the PNW and we'll make sure we can find them.

Ted, word i'm getting is we're gonna do the Mayfly Club gig on June 12th. At the Riverside again. We're in Roscoe on and off until Aug. when we head for Montana again. Our truck is breathin' a MAJOR sigh of relief. Are you tyin' at the CFFC&M anytime soon?
